Created in 2010 and based in Luzern, Ascend Sport Technology is the global leader in the pitch side advertising market for the football industry with its brands AIM Sport, Abcoya and Adrenali.ne. Ascend Sport Technology is at the forefront of sport marketing and digital perimeter advertising, combining decades of marketing and commercial know-how with unparalleled technology solutions. With its Digital Overlay technology, Ascend Sport Technology leads a revolution in sports marketing.

Founded in 1978 by Carlo Baitella and based in Zurich, Baitella AG is the world's leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of high-quality articulated arm fixtures for medical and industrial applications with its "Fisso" brand. The company supplies the medical and industrial sectors with Swiss-made articulated stands and corresponding accessories in both standard and customized versions.

Meiko VET is an owner-managed group of Swiss veterinary practices in the quality segment. It is based in Villmergen but also operates the telemedicine platform pet-care.ch. In the context of succession arrangements, particularly interesting practices are taken over and their activities maintained with a high degree of autonomy; in some cases, new practices are also created. The Meiko VET locations are equipped with state-of-the-art instruments and equipment and the veterinarians have the latest expertise in veterinary medicine. The aim is to combine the geographical proximity of a local veterinarian with a high level of medical competence and professionalism.

EasyPark-ParkNow Group, based in Stockholm, is one of the world's leading companies in the field of reservation and mobile payment of parking spaces. EasyPark offers mobile apps for private vehicle drivers as well as solutions for professionals. The company is present in 20 countries and 2’200 cities.

GoFluent sells online foreign language learning courses mainly to multinational companies as part of global employee training programs. The company offers a diversified, complete and innovative service, including classes by telephone, e-learning, and virtual classes.

Skycell manufactures and rents temperature-controlled air cargo containers. These containers are based on hybrid technology for high value-added pharmaceutical products that are sensitive to temperature variations.

Schulthess develops, manufactures, sells and services high-end washing machines and dryers, mainly on the Swiss market, where it has increased its market share in recent years. Investment alongside the management and other private equity investors in an OBO transaction.
